Two people could still be inside a six-story apartment building that partially collapsed Sunday afternoon in Iowa, Davenport's mayor said midday Tuesday, while three more people also remain unaccounted for as the rescue continues into its 36th hour. "This is an active incident that is very fluid and ever-evolving," Davenport Mayor Mike Matson said during a news conference as search efforts continued. A ninth person – Lisa Brooks – was pulled alive Monday from the rubble, Matson confirmed, following city officials' announcement that teardown plans were set to move forward. Those have since seemingly been put on hold. CNN BREAKING NEWS You are receiving this newsletter because you've signed up to receive CNN Breaking News alerts.
