Jan. 18, 2022 Grammy Awards announces new location, date Originally scheduled for Crypto.com Arena on Jan. 31, the 64th Grammy Awards will take place April 3 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, nearly two weeks after it said the show would not go on as planned on Jan. 31 in Los Angeles due to the rapid spread of the highly infectious Omicron variant of the coronavirus.
