On the trail, they often suffer from stomach ulcers, stress fractures, and intestinal viruses. More than 80% of the survivors are left with persistent lung damage. Please urge Liberty Media to drop GCI’s Iditarod sponsorship.
Slew of Animal Welfare Violations Shows Why Lolita Needs Sanctuary  A recent federal inspection report revealed alarming animal welfare violations at the Miami Seaquarium, including holding incompatible dolphins together who ended up dying from trauma and forcing Lolita the orca to continue performing tricks that had likely injured her jaw. Please speak up for her.
Sierra and Ursula Are Still Trapped in a Concrete Pit  At Spring River Zoo in New Mexico, bears Sierra and Ursula are relegated to an archaic concrete pit, where walking on the hard surface wreaks havoc on their bodies. The roadside zoo said that it would improve conditions, but nothing meaningful has been done—please urge it to transfer the animals there to reputable facilities. Thank you for being a showstopper for animals!
