Dear Aaaaaaa, Can you spare just a minute for animals? We want to know what committed PETA supporters like you think about our work for animals who are exploited and abused in the global skins trade. Dogs are being killed in slaughterhouses, and the skin of some dogs is being turned into accessories and trinkets. Do you think we should stop retailers from selling the skins of dogs who were slaughtered? YES NO PETA’s eye-opening exposés and hard-hitting campaigns have been putting compassion back into fashion for more than four decades, persuading designers, retailers, and consumers to shun all animal-derived materials. But as long as dogs, cats, rabbits, cows, sheep, crocodiles, and other animals are still suffering, we must do more.
