The judge in actor Danny Masterson's rape trial declared a mistrial after jurors said they could not agree on a verdict. Prosecutors can retry Masterson in the case that has played out against the overlapping backdrops of Hollywood and Masterson's religion, Scientology.
Masterson's three accusers, who once were members of the Church of Scientology, allege he assaulted them at his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003.
