Taliban Remains Dangerous, Harbors al-Qaida, Joint Chiefs Chairman Says

The Taliban remains a terrorist organization, and has never renounced or broken its affiliation with al-Qaida, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff told the Senate Armed Services Committee.
