Q&A With Acting CEO Mahmoud Bah In January 2021, Mahmoud Bah was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer of MCC. With more than 10 years at MCC, Mahmoud has served in various positions. Previously, Mahmoud spent three years in Côte d'Ivoire as MCC's Resident Country Director overseeing the implementation of the agency's $525 million Côte d'Ivoire Compact. We recently had a conversation about his career, his time at MCC, and what celebrations of diversity such as Black History Month mean to him in the context of his work.    MCC Welcomes New Appointees   WASHINGTON, D.C. – MCC announced the appointment of several new members of the agency's leadership team February 10, including Alexia Latortue as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.  Moroccan Health Training Center   Rabat – US and Moroccan officials visited the construction site of a health training center in Beni Mellal, central Morocco on Friday, January 29. The training center is part of the Charaka Fund initiative and will train youth to work in the healthcare sector.
