During the Easter season, we encounter the risen Christ, present in our world, in our communities, in our families. We dare to share Easter hope with those we meet because we know that God has won the day, that life triumphs over death. Our Lenten prayer, fasting and almsgiving pointed our hearts toward Easter joy.
And, through CRS Rice Bowl, our Lenten journey was shared with those most in need. Our Lenten practices enabled us to share Easter joy not just with our neighbors on the other side of the street, but with our neighbors on the other side of the world.
For that, we say THANK YOU.
