Foundation stone for Central Tribal University Andhra Pradesh to be laid in July
The foundation stone for a permanent campus for the Central Tribal University of AP will be laid next month. The university, established in 2019, has been operating from a temporary campus. The central government has sanctioned Rs. 834 crore for the construction, with Rs. 420 crore allocated for the first phase. The campus will include a classroom complex, community hall, hostels, quarters, a library, and departments. The construction is expected to be completed in less than two years. The state government needs to pay around ₹ 27 crore to farmers for land acquisition.

Telangana's Legal Aid Clinics For Farmers May Soon Become a Pan India Model
The judiciary in India is launching Agri Legal Aid Clinics to help farmers tackle various problems they face. These clinics will be run by trained legal volunteers and aim to provide legal support to farmers on issues such as spurious seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, marketing of agricultural produce, and land rights. The scheme was launched in Telangana and has been successful, with plans to expand it across India. The National Legal Services Authority is also interested in the scheme and it could become a pan Indian model. The executive chairman of the Telangana state legal services authority, Justice P Naveen Rao, is known for his efforts in digitizing the judiciary and improving access to legal aid.
