The Build America Bureau, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Center for Innovative Finance Support, has released an enhanced version of its P3-VALUE tool for evaluation of Public-Private Partnership (P3) project delivery. The enhanced version is called P3-VALUE 2.1. The enhanced tool includes the following new features:
The enhanced tool and updated guide is available at: https://www.fhwa.dot.gov/ipd/p3/toolkit/analytical_tools/p3_value/ P3-VALUE 2.1 is part of a P3 Toolkit consisting of tools and guidance documents to assist in educating transportation professionals as well as public sector policymakers and legislative and executive staff. The webinars will be presented on February 22, March 22 and April 26 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm Eastern each day. The webinars are supplements to previously presented webinars, so those who have not viewed the prior webinars are encouraged to do so.
